Wonderful! Accommodations were better than expected. There was such a comfortable feel during my entire stay. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Three Distinct, Charming Vacation Rentals in the Heart of Historic Franklin.

Our two primary properties - Generals Retreat and Captain's Quarters - rest on the back lawn of our family’s stately Greek Revival home, Stone Oaks, which was originally built in 1919.

Both properties are located off Boyd Mill Avenue - a mere 6 blocks (~ 15 minute walk) from Downtown Franklin's vibrant shopping, historic homes, and some of the finest food you'll find in the area.

Our third property, Generals Charge, owned by our freelance web designer son, is a recently-renovated, Edwardian home located 0.9 miles from the heart of the Square and on land where The Battle of Franklin - one of Tennessee's most infamous Civil War battles - was fought in 1864.

The 2,200 square-foot home was originally built in 1903 and has been recently renovated using the original 300 year old Red Oak, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a brand-new master bath with eco-friendly fixtures, an outdoor patio and fire pit, and much more.
